CLARIT-ETM

We created the CLARIT-E process to help us gain a detailed understanding of a prospective client’s needs from the very start. The information and insights gathered in this process help clarify each client’s unique needs and goals and will be used to determine how ECLARO can best deliver success, well before a proposal is every presented.

Our CLARIT-E Pre-Engagement Questionnaire is a comprehensive information gathering tool comprising the following sections: General Information, Introductory Questions, Delivery Questions, Staffing Questions, Technology Questions, Information Security Questions, Facilities Questions, Financial Questions and Additional Information.

Once we have gathered the client information, we engage all relevant internal ECLARO teams (i.e. IT, IS, GSD, HRD, TA, Data Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Facilities, etc.) as needed to ensure that we fully support each client and that all relevant details regarding services, pricing, success factors and more are clarified before we finalize a comprehensive plan to ensure the engagement is set up for success.
