Work with the client to determine needs in terms of personnel count and the skills required to meet immediate and ongoing business objectives.

Generate

Create a custom talent acquisition plan to target the Right People with the right expertise, business knowledge, skill sets, and culture fit required for each role.

Recruit

Source talent through targeted channels including job posting on the ECLARO website, social channels, niche job boards and user groups, our referral network and more. Recruiters qualify candidates, including technical and soft skills screening and credential validation.

Present

Fully vetted candidates submitted to the ECLARO Client Success Manager for review, interview and approval. Top candidates are then presented to the client for consideration.

Select

ECLARO facilitates interviews with candidates through final selection, refining the search as needed based on the client's feedback.

Hire

Confirm candidate selection with the client, work with the client to prepare the offer letter, present the offer, and obtain candidate acceptance. Review the onboarding process with the candidate and facilitate requirements (ie., background check) as needed, through the candidate's start date.
