ECLARO Academy
Giving back is at the very foundation of ECLARO’s culture and commitment to helping the communities in which we live and work. Inspired by a belief in the life-changing power of education, we opened the nonprofit ECLARO Academy in the Philippines, and every day it continues to inspire.
Beginning with a group of 18 technical-vocational scholars in 2013, ECLARO Academy has grown into a full-fledged academic institution that has welcomed more than 16,000 Filipino students, driven by its mission to prepare graduates to compete and excel in a global workforce, no matter who their employer will be.

Project E-CARE
In the U.S. and the Philippines, Project E-Care is our community outreach program, through which ECLARO employees and executives donate time and resources to help people and causes in their local areas.
Visits to local schools, hospitals, and elder-care facilities; clean-ups to support healthier environments at beaches, parks, playgrounds and nature preserves; creative and professional services given to charity organizations helping causes ranging from youth sports to mental health to career training; ongoing support of nonprofits such as the Swim with Mike Foundation, the R. Gene Richter Scholarship Foundation and more.

Sustainability
At ECLARO, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Sustainability is about our Corporate Citizenship and how we interact with all stakeholders and communities; our supply chains, strong stance on human rights, firm adherence to labor rights and minimizing our impact on the environment.
We firmly believe that it is everyone’s responsibility to reduce our impact on the environment. At ECLARO, we have developed an Environmental Management System (EMS) which details our approach to environmental sustainability and corporate global citizenship.
ECLARO expects all employees to operate in an environmentally responsible manner. In addition, our suppliers are required to adhere to ECLARO’s Supplier Conduct Principles which outline the company’s overall social and environmental requirements.
